Installation service:
The seller should provide on the-spot installation instruction service for the buyer, including:
1) To check whether the bracket and frame are in conformity with the technical requirements of the structure scheme the seller provided.
2) To instruct the buyer's technicians to install the LED module cases and connection among those cases.
3) To experiment and adjust the whole panel, examine and repair the defective devices, guarantee panel in secure operation.
4) To train the buyer's technicians.
5) To send the user manual to the buyers.
Warranty terms:
1) Guarantee time: 2 years quality guarantee(guarantee period), and we will provide free parts for replacement if any problem belong to us during this period;
after the guarantee period, the seller should provide spare parts for replacement based on cost charge.
2) The seller is responsible for permanent maintenance of the panel. During the guarantee period, the maintenance is free of charge.
(except the defectiveness resulted from man-made damage)
3) During the guarantee period the buyer can return the defective components due to technical or quality problems to the seller. The seller is obligated to finish fixing
within 5 working days after receiving, and send it back to the buyer without any repairing charge .(but the buyer has to pay the delivery cost)
